I had surgury about 2 months ago (lost ovary, tube and giant cyst removed...........?

It may not have anything to do with it but - my period this month came with and awful infection (don't know if UTI, bladder or kidney) my cyst was putting pressure on my kidney. I have had infections before (usually when I take antibiotics) but it has not every really been this bad - it seems as if it is bleeding but I can't really tell due to my period - I bought on of those test but only after buying do you find out is does not work when you are on your period and or taking asorbic acids.

I know - go to the doctor - but what do you think it may be.

i think you need to go to the ER, screw the doctor...could be complications from the surgery...
Reply:You should really go to the doctor. Something probably went wrong with your surgery or your body has to cope with the loss.
Reply:yes, you will need goes see your doctor. Tell them that you had a surgery. They will solve the problem when you had a surgery.
Reply:2 months post surgery developing an infection? No, I don't think so,when you had the surgery, the doctor most probably had given you a prophylactic antibiotic, so infection will not set in, the wound by this time must be completely healed. after your discharge, sure, the doctor will give you an appointment after 1 or 2 weeks to check on you. maybe it's only dysmenorrhea.
