WILL PUTTING SALT ON A Bartholin's gland cyst HELP?
Warm sitz baths or compresses can help with the inflamation. If it is not infected you can use some topical antibiotics.

You should see your Health Care Provider. You want to make sure its treated correctly. This is something that can complicate quickly.

Hope this helps!
Reply:a good old fashioned salt bath won't hurt but get it checked any way!
Reply:No , Don't do that, it's not gonna help in any way , shape or form, the only way to get it out is by going to the doctor. and you should know , that once you have a Bartholin's cyst you will have periodic episodes with them, but they really don't cause any problems , it just doesn't look right. Go to your OBGYN . Goodluck
Reply:Are you mad?! Salt won't do anything, except make your ***** sting!
